Why Do We Charge a Restocking Fee on Returned Confetti Items?
In instances of accepted returned confetti items, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee deduction against the refunded amount.
The reasons for this are:
- Our confetti items are custom made to order, meaning a returned item may remain unsaleable.
- To cover the administration requirements generated by the return
- We have no guarantee of how the confetti products might have been stored whilst it was away from our possession, meaning a risk that we will be unable to re-sell the item if it shows any degrading issues.
- We offer a confetti Sample service, so customers do have the ability to ensure they will be happy with the product without initially purchasing it in full

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.
